I’m Janelle Alba Garner, and my specialty is seeing what others miss.
For over a decade, I've worked inside the operational core of mission-driven teams.
I've sat in rooms where decisions are made, watched brilliant leaders run themselves dry, and learned exactly where leadership unintentionally fails the people trying to scale their mission.
This experience taught me something most consultants won't tell you: The problem is never effort, determination, or consistency.
It's always a lack of infrastructure built for sustainable growth, and it's fixable…if you know where to look.

During this 30-minute call, we’ll have an honest conversation about your mission, goals, and current struggles to see if this is truly right for you.
(You must first book this call to proceed with an assessment; however, our call is 100% risk-free, and there is no pressure to move forward with an agreement.) -
Once we decide to move forward, I meet with your leadership team to get the full picture of where you are: your current goals, the biggest pressure points, and how you want to scale your mission.

After I’ve met with your leadership team, I speak with your staff at representative levels and review your workflows, organization charts, reporting structures, and operational documents.
I'm looking for the identifiers that don't show up on a spreadsheet to get to the root of your roadblocks.
This is where I begin finding what others miss and start documenting exactly how to fix it.

Now that I’ve met with your organization, I begin defining your actual organizational capacity by identifying true bottlenecks, structural misalignments, and the places where your people are carrying more than they should be.
Because you can have all the best intentions, but if you lack the capacity to see it through long-term? It won’t work.

You receive a clear, written breakdown of everything: an executive summary, visual maps, and priority recommendations for what to address now and what to plan for later, all specific to your organization.
Then, we walk through my findings together so you have clarity, a prioritized roadmap, and (for the first time in a long time) a complete picture of how to get your mission exactly where you want it to go.
From there, we’ll discuss what these solutions look like in action, how to get your team on board with the correct implementation, and where I can further support the sustainable success of your SDG organization.

This is a 30-minute conversation where we get to know each other, discuss your organization, and determine whether an assessment is the right move for you right now.
There's no pressure or hard pitch. At the least, you’ll move forward confident you’re making the best decision for your mission. At the most, we move forward together to close the gaps in your organization for long-term success.
