For executives and professionals who need long-term support, our Virtual Assisting and Operations Retainers provide comprehensive, ongoing assistance. We’ll help manage your daily tasks, streamline your operations, and ensure your business runs smoothly. With a long-term retainer, you can rest easy knowing you have dedicated support at every stage of your business journey. Perfect for any busy professional!

What does it look like to work together?

  • Onboarding Phase


    Once you decide to work with us, we’ll kick things off with a seamless onboarding process. After reviewing and accepting a proposal, you’ll receive a welcome packet that outlines what to expect, business boundaries, and our contact info. A Calendly link will also be provided to schedule our kickoff call, where we’ll dive into your business needs, gather all the necessary information, and set a 90-day timeline with clear expectations!

  • Client Phase

    During our engagement, we’ll start setting up processes, checking in regularly, and getting comfortable with your business. Typically, we begin with a 3-month retainer, with the option to transition to month-to-month after that. Quarterly check-ins will help us gather feedback, adjust strategies, and ensure we’re meeting the goals we have set.

  • Offboarding Phase

    Once our work together is complete, we’ll schedule a call to discuss how everything went and any next steps. We’ll ensure all deliverables are provided, including process documentation and any training via Loom if needed. After transferring all access and handling any outstanding invoices, and you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback!
